About this event
The labeling of body care products can sometimes be misleading and hard to evaluate if they are good for your health and the environment. Gene Brady will explain how to tailor soaps, shampoos, deodorants, and lotions to your own tastes and needs. There will also be a sugar and salt scrub demonstration that you can customize with essential oils. Gene Brady has a Bachelor of Science from SOU in Ashland, Oregon, and a certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Passionate about biology from childhood and raised by a Traditional Chinese Herbalist, he brings a holistic and balanced approach to nutrition. At Natural Grocers, he is dedicated to empowering everyones innate wellness wisdom by dispelling confusion about health topics. Gene enjoys networking with alternative health professionals in the Rogue Valley, fostering a collaborative approach to well-being. You can find him playing the guitar in tranquil nature spots in his free time.
