- ➤ One Eleven Theatre Company and Events with Becca, Inc. will host the Once Upon a December New Year’s Eve Ball on Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. in the Floral Building (Josephine County Fairgrounds). Guests will enjoy themed performances, dance tutorials, refreshments, and a champagne toast with tickets starting at $75. The Grants Pass Tribune

- ➤ The statewide fuel emergency ended after the Olympic Pipeline fully reopened on November 28. Southern Oregon fuel distributors are adjusting prices + residents may see temporary changes at the pump as the market resets over the coming weeks. The Grants Pass Tribune
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Josephine County has opened the EcoRECOVERY Trail at Fish Hatchery Park — the first certified Forest Therapy Trail in Oregon, recognized by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. The park now offers monthly guided forest therapy walks that invite residents and visitors to explore nature for stress relief. The Grants Pass Tribune

- ➤ Southern Oregon courses remain open in winter where golfers are advised to dress in layers + plan tee times after the sun warms the fairways for a more comfortable round today. The Grants Pass Tribune
- ➤ Rogue River Jr./Sr. High wrestling coach Rob Isom added several young athletes with an extra year of experience to his Chieftain girls team, leading them to place second in a recent tournament. Nine wrestlers earned top placements (a solid start to the season). Rogue River Press
