GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Josephine County Commissioner Ron Smith explained that Knife River trucks are unloading dirt at Merlin Airport for an I-5 highway project and residents near the airport reported increased nighttime noise after the trucks slowed down. He said the trucks have now returned to their previous speed—this change should help reduce the noise for nearby homes. The Grants Pass Tribune
