- ➤ Downtown Grants Pass will host its annual Monster March and Costume Contest on October 31 for a safe and fun Halloween celebration as families trick-or-treat along Main Street from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The Costume Contest will start at 5:30 p.m. at the Children's Museum — registration costs are $5 for ages 0 to 12 and $10 for ages 13 and older.
