  • Downtown Grants Pass is preparing for its annual Main Street Monster March on Friday, October 31, where families will enjoy trick-or-treating from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.—local businesses are joining in the festivities—and a costume contest will start at 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Children’s Museum.  The Grants Pass Tribune
  • Bras for a Cause is a breast cancer fundraiser coming to Grants Pass on Saturday, Oct 25 from 3 pm to 6 pm at 1451 Fairgrounds Rd—tickets cost $35 online and $40 at the door while creative bra sculptures, a silent auction, games, food, wine, and live music support local cancer patients.  KOBI-TV
  • Local food banks in Grants Pass are preparing for increased need as federal food programs cut back before the holiday season—rising grocery prices and fixed incomes have left many families struggling to afford meals.   • Grants Pass High School's marching band and color guard won top honors at the Sunset Classic in Beaverton over the weekend — they also received awards for Best General Effect, Best Music Performance, and Best Color Guard.
