- ➤ The PATH General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 23 has been canceled to let residents attend the Josephine County Recovery Fair from noon to 5 at 229 NE Beacon in Grants Pass — the fair will offer local service providers to help with recovery support. PATH will resume its regular meetings on Tuesday, October 28 from 3 to 5 at the City Council Chambers. The Grants Pass Tribune

- ➤ William Minnix of Oregon for the People sent a certified letter on September 17th, warning Secretary of State Tobias Read that he will seek injunctive relief in federal court if the state does not issue clear guidance on recall petition instructions and extend the signature deadline by 30 days—he argues that current rules mislead voters and hinder signature collection.
