Good morning, Grants Pass.

Senate Bill 992 signed by Governor Tina Kotek led the OLCC to issue temporary updates to Oregon’s Bottle Bill that let retail stores set their own redemption hours and support alternative redemption centers—these rules will last until December 2 and will be followed by a period of public input before permanent regulations are adopted.
