- ➤ On May 2 at 9:08 a.m., Oregon State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 199 near milepost 35 when a southbound Harley Davidson left its lane and struck a tree—Cave Junction man William Robert Murphy, 37, died on scene. KDRV
- ➤ A Cave Junction man died Friday morning at 9:08 a.m. on Highway 199—when his Harley Davidson crossed into the northbound lane, entered a roadside pullout and veered into a ditch where it struck a tree— and the highway was closed for about an hour as officials investigated the crash.
