- ➤ ODOT is closing most I-5 off-ramps in Douglas County overnight through April to install safety signs and reflective posts (to reduce wrong-way crashes). Drivers are advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes during closures from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. KDRV
