- ➤ Two men were arrested at the A Street resting site on April 8 at about 1:21 p.m. after a fight broke out when one man hit the other with a tree branch while the other displayed a gun—Bobby Swearingen, 40 year old, tried to flee and Kaleb Farmer, 34 year old, turned over his .357 revolver. KDRV

- ➤ On Thursday, volunteers with Siskiyou Mountain Club cleared overgrown brush and fallen logs along nearly five miles of the Middle Fork National Recreation Trail above Applegate Lake.
