- ➤ The Josephine County Food Bank announced today that the Bridgeview Community Food Pantry in Cave Junction will close after nearly three years due to paperwork issues; it will operate until 6:30 p.m. or until supplies run out, and food aid will shift to local agencies + assist families. KOBI-TV

- ➤ Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley will open a new Teen Center in fall to double capacity and offer free programs (academic support, career exploration, and leadership development) as renovations take place this spring and summer in Grants Pass. KDRV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Oregon House has approved legislation that requires AI chatbot platforms to include safety protocols to detect emotional distress in conversations with minors and direct them to crisis resources (including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) and to clearly identify when users are chatting with AI rather than a person. The Grants Pass Tribune
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ State lawmakers approved a measure that sets minimum care standards and mandates clear signage for urgent care clinics to help patients know what services are offered. The bill now moves to Governor Kotek and will require clinics statewide to update their information once signed. The Grants Pass Tribune
- ➤ Rogue Community College will offer free dental screenings at its Table Rock Campus in White City from March 30 through April 4 to help residents check their oral health and let dental students gain hands-on experience (evening and Saturday appointments available).
