- ➤ PacifiCorp plans to sell its Washington electric utility assets to Portland General Electric in a deal worth $1.9 billion—part of its strategy to reduce wildfire exposure and strengthen its balance sheet. - ➤ Rentec Direct, a local tech firm, celebrates 10 years of its Tech Mastery Scholarship that has awarded over ($15,000) to Oregon students looking to build tech careers. - ➤ Southern Oregon University's Civicus: Advancing Civic Education course was recognized by Stanford University's Hoover Institution's Alliance for Civics in the Academy.
