➤ Josephine Community Library will host Dolly’s Imagination Celebration on Saturday, Jan. 24 at branches in Grants Pass, Illinois Valley, Williams, and Wolf Creek to celebrate Dolly Parton’s birthday with storytime, crafts, a reading challenge, treats and book giveaways funded by the Greater Grants Pass Rotary Club — free to attend. ENVIRONMENT NEWS

➤ Emily Storm visited Wildlife Images Rehabilitation and Education Center and met Gilbert (a 350lb grizzly bear) and his caretaker Wes as he thrives in his newly renovated habitat. The center invites volunteers and will host its Saving Wildlife Gala and Auction on Saturday, April 11 to offer up-close encounters. KOBI-TV
