- ➤ State regulators approved a modest PacifiCorp rate cut for winter energy bills that will take effect in 2026, easing costs by less than $1 per month for residential, commercial & industrial customers. - ➤ Josephine Community Library now offers free, ad-free Kanopy streaming for cardholders, giving access to films, series, and documentaries on computers, tablets, and smart TVs.
