About this event
Fall colors and good views before the rains. We'll meet at the Jacksonville library and then drive up to P3. Canyon Falls Trail to Twin Peaks Trail. Then up to Cascade Crest shelter (see photo). From there it is short walk to Twin Peaks Saddle and Lower Twin Peaks. Down via Owl Hoot Trail and Boulder Trail to P3. This hike is more challenging than previous hikes, about 3.5 miles and 500-600 feet elevation gain.
Let's meet at the library at 1:30, we will wait as late as 1:40 then head for Forest Park.
